FDA Supplemental Guide Version 2.5.7 Now Available

FDA's ACE Supplemental Guide (SG), version 2.5.7 has been posted on CBP.gov.

This version of the SG consists of the following updates:

  • Food Combined Entry & Non-PN Food or PN Requirements Previously Met, PG01: Renumbered notes to align with Standalone Prior Notice Section
  • Radiation Emitting Products, Section 13, Table 13-2: Updated 2877 requirements for Veterinary Therapy and Ultrasonic Products and Medical Diagnostic X Ray Equipment.
