The second webinar, scheduled for Monday, March 18 from 3:00 to 4:30 PM ET, will focus on the Department of Transportation’s Benefit Cost Analysis Guidance and discuss how to prepare a BCA analysis. The third webinar is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, March 28 from 3:00 to 4:30 PM ET. This webinar will be tailored to applicants interested in applying for funding under the small projects at small ports set aside. Registration link not yet available, but will be posted on the official program page.
A fourth webinar is being scheduled for the week of April 1. This webinar will focus on Project Readiness. It will discuss the process MARAD (and a successful grant applicant) must complete BEFORE any construction-related activity may take place on a project that is selected for Federal funding. It will also discuss steps an applicant can take to improve its readiness to deliver a successful project.
