The Captain of the Port (COTP), Delaware Bay, is notifying mariners of submerged pipeline installation within the Torresdale Range on the Delaware River from September 29, 2021, to December 2021. Broadcasts will be issued providing the date and duration any time the main channel will be obstructed during this timeframe.
Dredge pipeline will be placed along the river bottom across the main navigation channel just north of Red Buoy 18 (LLNR 3775) and extend across the channel. Dredge pipeline sections outside of the channel may be floating or submerged. Mariners are advised to exercise extreme caution when transiting the area.

The work boat WB33 will be on scene and can be contacted via VHF-FM channels 72 or 13.
