Walt Whitman Bridge, Underwater Bridge Inspection All mariners please be advised that an underwater bridge inspection will be conducted on the Walt Whitman Bridge over the Delaware River. Diving operations will be conducted from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on August 21 and August 22, 2024. The diving operations are being conducted outside of the green toe of the channel. The dive vessel EMILY ROBLING will be the vessel on scene and can be contacted via VHF radio channel 13. Mariners are requested to transit the area with caution at the slowest safe speed to maintain navigation and minimize wake.
